Over the week while I was in Kentucky I got to watch Annabelle Comes Home which is the latest installment of the Annabelle film series. I am a big fan of “The Conjuring” and “Annabelle” and I am never let down when it comes either series and when came to Annabelle Comes Home it definitely didn’t let me down or my dad with was who I went with. The movie had tons of parts where it got us and it was just like holy crap did that just come at me parts in the movie like jump scares. I feel like Annabelle never lets down with creating wonderful stories, graphics and just never feels left out of the movie or lost if you will. The movie had us go back to how Annabelle came back which was incredible. I loved that fact the creators went above and beyond to not make us wonder to feel like what happened to make them create this whole new adventure with Annabelle.
The graphics and story alone was amazing. I really did enjoy every minute of watching it like I never lost interest into the story or feel bored. I felt it was a movie that was buyable worthy. I thought the movie really did Annabelle justice and it wasn’t stupid or it wasn’t lame. A scary movie should have jump scares, good graphics, good story and everything to keep your eyes locked into the screen and invested into the movie. We both was into it and then all the jump scares came at us and we ain’t gonna lie we jumped lol and we’re both horror fans we love scary movies both those scenes got us.
Annabelle and The Conjuring film series just make magic when it comes it the big screen – (in my opinion), I know some people hate Conjuring but I loved that series and I am looking forward to the next one and I hope it is just as good as the last one. I know I can be kind of weird when it comes to remakes or sequels to movies but as long as they keep making them interesting and well made then I’ll keep watching them.
I loved every minute of the movie and I mean there was a few parts in the movie that was even funny. I got to say that doll is freaky and so insane and I loved every details of the house and every graphic because man where they awesome. Also, the casting on point. Could you imagine having a possessed doll? I swear I was screaming at some of their dumb actions when it came dealing with her.
I would highly recommend you go watch Annabelle Comes Home if you haven’t yet.

A psychological-horror series set in the Stephen King multiverse, Castle Rock combines the mythological scale and intimate character storytelling of King’s best-loved works, weaving an epic saga of darkness and light, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland. The fictional Maine town of Castle Rock has figured prominently in King’s literary career: Cujo, The Dark Half, IT and Needful Things, as well as novella The Body and numerous short stories such as Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption are either set there or contain references to Castle Rock. Castle Rock is an original suspense/thriller — a first-of-its-kind reimagining that explores the themes and worlds uniting the entire King canon, while brushing up against some of his most iconic and beloved stories.
Review:
With just the three episodes I watched I am already hooked and I am looking forward to Wednesdays. I’ve always been a fan of Stephen King and his storytelling skills and how he brings things to life with each scene and character. I enjoyed each episode and how it kept you on the edge of your seat and each scene was just crazy tense and made you think. If you look on Hulu it actually is trending on searches and I think I can see why it is just the first like TV series in a while other than like (Riverdale) that gives you some type of like mysterious vibe with stories in every other episode and you connect to the story. We’ll in my opinion for me it takes awhile to really love a series and I’ve always loved those type of books, movies and shows that keeps you asking questions and being like WHOA what, who, where? and, then beginning to click with each story, dialogue, character and then you begin to look like a potato on your couch. (ain’t nothing wrong with that right?) I love the character Molly Strand who is played by Melanie Lynskey and the things she sees and connects with through the series and, I enjoyed watching “The Kid” who was played by Bill Skarsgård, I found his character interesting and understanding his story and how he got where he did (trying not to give away anything). But, in all seriousness it was and will be a great series I really look forward to watching more and understanding the story and just get deep into Castle Rock.
Don Mancini’s iconic horror movie series Child’s Play is getting made into a TV show. The new show will be based on the red-headed murderous doll Chucky and his franchise from the late 1980s. The franchise originally launched in 1988, and it features Chucky, a child’s doll that is possessed by the spirit of a serial killer.
Don Mancini posted a short teaser for the Child’s Play TV series, which just looks like an old TV set from the 1980s. The teaser warns viewers to not adjust their sets.
Mancini did not post any further details in regard to the Child’s Play TV series.
Back in February, it was announced that the Child’s Play TV series was in development with franchise creator Don Mancini and producer David Kirschner.
As you see I am EXCITED! I love Chucky and it has always been one of my favorites to watch and I look forward to hearing more about “Child’s Play The TV Series” and I will definitely be watching it. I wonder where it will be streaming? Netflix? Hulu? Actual TV? So many questions. I am sure we’ll be hearing when and where eventually.
What’s your favorite Chucky movie?
For me, I’d say Child’s Play and Child’s Play 2. I do like Bride of Chucky, Seed of Chucky, Curse of Chucky and Cult of Chucky. Cult of Chucky is really good I liked that one. I can’t wait to see what they do as far Chucky and what is the story this time around and what type of creepiness are we going to get? I am for sure interested into this. Who doesn’t like Chucky though?
